This ring was created because a napptural woman of color wanted to get some feedback on her blog and there weren’t any rings active for this purpose.  Lots of blogs, no rings to connect them.  If you have a blog that you use to record your napptural hair journey, add your site to the ring.

Rules:

1-No chemical relaxers or texturizers in your hair.  Color is allowed.

2-You must be a woman of color and have a blog.

3-You must post about your hair care.  You can post about other things too.  But this ring is primarily for black and/or ethnic hair care of the tightly coiled variety.

4-No inflammatory posting of comments on any other blogs of this ring.

5-No pornographic content on your site.

6-The code must be somewhere on the page you use to link to the ring.  If I check the ring and the code isn’t there, your site will be deleted from the ring.

7-This site is primarily for blogs.  I will only add sales sites based on the content of the site and at my discretion.  If, at any time, your products offend other members of the ring, you may be deleted from the ring.  I would much rather add sales sites to the sidebar, however.  If you are interested in this option, please scroll down and use the email link at the bottom of the page.

Start blogging today

If you do not currently own a blog, there are many free blogging tools available on the web.  Start with one of those and see how you like it.  Some of the easiest and most popular to use are blogger, livejoural, and wordpress.

You can also link from your blog to your online photo album/gallery.  Some popular sites that offer free photo albums are fotki, photobucket, picasa, and flickr.

Posting the code for the ring on your site is pretty simple and you’ll be up and running on the ring in no time.
